

Christopher loved sports, whether it was attending events or playing, he always had a great time. He enjoyed golf, football, and riding his Harley. Christopher loved to travel to exciting places – especially Hawaii. He even got married in Las Vegas in 2006. Christopher was a strong, passionate, goofy, kid at heart who will be dearly missed by all of his close friends and family. #MonroeStrong
Christopher was preceded in death by: his wife, Tanya Lynn Monroe; parents, Marvin and Janice Monroe; and sister, Wendy.
Christopher is survived by: children, Justin Monroe, Heather (Jared) Potgeter, and Kendra (Jacob) Koster; grandchildren, Liam, Abigail, Keria, and Talynn; brothers, Rich and Steve; and sister, Nancy.
A memorial service, with catering to follow, will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 12:00pm. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the start of the service. All services will be held at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, 1783 E. Keating Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442.
