Eleesha Nicole Patricio, age 40, passed away on May 9, 2026. Born in Muskegon, Michigan on April 25, 1986, Eleesha was the daughter of Dominic and Susan (Zamora) Patricio and a lifelong resident of the area.
Eleesha attended Steele Middle School and graduated from Muskegon High School, where she was recognized for her dedication and talent in softball and was later inducted into the school’s Sports Hall of Fame. She attended Nuvo Cosmetology School, continuing her passion for beauty, makeup, hairstyling, and helping others feel confident and cared for.
Eleesha was a loving and compassionate mother, daughter, sister, and friend whose presence touched everyone around her. Whether at home or with family and friends, she had a way of making herself at home wherever she went. Authentically herself in every way, Eleesha loved deeply and always made sure those around her felt seen, loved, and supported.
She enjoyed art, singing and dancing along to her favorite old-school and R&B songs, and spending time in the kitchen making delicious meals — especially Mexican food for the people she loved. Proud of her Latin and Native heritage, Eleesha carried her culture close to her heart. The beach was her favorite place in the world, and you could always find her soaking in the sun whenever she had the chance.
Eleesha is survived by her daughter, Marianna Cammon; her mother, Susan Patricio; her siblings, Bernice Patricio, Dominic (Jessica) Patricio, Mary MacFadyen, and Monica Patricio; her grandmother, Clara Patricio; her nieces and nephews, Mara, Emery, Ryan, Mattias, Liam, Nirvana, and Eren; along with many extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dominic Patricio.
A celebration of Eleesha’s life is being planned for a later date.
