Janice M. Marshall, age 63, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013 after her second bought with cancer. Janice was born in Muskegon on February 2, 1950 to parents Carroll and Louise (Dewey) Conklin. She enjoyed crafting, bargain shopping and going to yard sales. She worked for some time at Omni Fitness. Janice was a hard worker, a caregiver and devoted to her family. Janice will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years, Rex Marshall; children: Carla (Tony Crosby, deceased) Conklin, Michelle Marshall, Scott Marshall; granddaughter, Sheila Marie Louise Conklin; sisters: Carol (Jim) Davies, Sheila (Thomas) Espinoza; brothers: Jerry (Karen) Conklin, Daniel Alan Dunn; nephew, Dakota “Kod Man” Espinoza; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extended grandchildren and Elena Crosby; Dan Hoffman, who was like a brother; four brothers-in-law: Robert, Bill, Harold, Tommy; three sisters-in-law: Linda, Donna, Annie. There will be a graveside memorial service at 1:00pm on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Sunrise Memorial Gardens (2188 Remembrance Dr., Muskegon). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
