Jeffry Allen Cory

Jeff was a graduate of Reeths Puffer High School and went on to join the United States Navy. While in the Navy he worked in the boiler room of the U.S.S. Wisconsin. After his military career, he began working in injection molding in a plastics factory. Jeff loved sports, and would watch all of the Detroit Sports teams. In his free time, Jeff liked to solo garden and relax at home. He had a passion for cars and going to car shows. He had a 90's Camaro that he just adored. Above all, he loved to golf. Jeff was a goofy, loving, and caring man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jeff was preceded in death by: grandparents, Don & Donna Cory, and Don & Frances Petrie; in-laws, Pat (Roger) Wade; and puppy dog, Rocky.

Jeff is survived by: wife, Sandra Cory; children, Erin (Trent Omness) Cory, and Ashley (Jackson Swan) Cory; step-children, Nichole (Roy Gilissen) Swarts, and Brandon (Allyssa) Swarts; parents, Dennis & Linda Cory; siblings, Deb (Dean) Goode, Gena (Ron) Pratt, and Randy (Kristin Spiece) Cory; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service is being held on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 at 12:00 pm at The Lotus Room Event Center, 919 E. Sherman Blvd, Norton Shores, MI 49444. Visitation will begin at 11:00am, also at the Lotus Room. There will be a luncheon following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jeff's funeral fund, care of Sandra Cory.
