Mr. Lynn B. Karr, age 71, of Spring Lake, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at his home. He was born on August 7, 1946 in Flint, MI to Calvin and Nellvernia (York) Karr. Lynn grew up in Flint and formerly resided in Lapeer, MI. He married the love of his life and soulmate, Lois Michaud on Oct. 1, 1966 in Flint, MI. His hobbies included golfing and watching the Detroit Tigers, but he mostly cherished the time he spent with his family and friends. Lynn is survived by his daughters, Holly (Rob) Smith of North Branch, MI and Heather Karr of Spring Lake; grandchildren, Ryan Nagy, Zachary Nagy and fiance, Autumn Perkins, William Grossbauer, and Katherine Smith; sister, Janice (Larry) Rupert of Crossville, TN. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lois; his uncle Don, and his parents. There will be a memorial service and celebration of Lynn’s life on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church,433 North Calhoun St. Lapeer, MI.
