Mary J. Gilbert

Ever Rest Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel

Mary J. Gilbert, age 92 of Muskegon, passed away on April 7, 2019 at home after a short illness. Mary worked at various machine shops and as a cook for most of her life in the Muskegon area.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold W. Gilbert. She is survived by her sons: Ron Stuhan, and Bill Gilbert; Daughters: Gloria (Chuck) McManamey, Sandy (Allen) Burkall, Deborah (Dennis) Wiggins, Sheri Sliter, Wanda Gilbert; 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel in Muskegon. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 1:00pm. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
