

Rhonda graduated from Fruitport High School Class of “73”. She has actively served in several area churches since her teenage years; leading bible studies, youth groups, women’s groups, and prayer teams. Rhonda co-pastored with her husband Richard in two different churches, co-directed the Holton Community Center and a half-way house, was a panelist on TCT’s “Ask the Pastor” for 19 years, had her own local television show called “Rhonda From the Heart,” served 21 years with her husband in prison ministry at Muskegon’s MTF facility, and for the last 11 years she and Richard have served as full-time missionaries in Mexico. Rhonda also authored two books: “The Exchanged Life” and the sequel “Kingdom Life,” and has written countless articles for different periodicals and newsletters. Her passion was to know Christ and make Him known.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, both here and in Mexico.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents Charles Falor and Nellie (June) Falor, her sister Charlotte Dove and brother Larry Falor.
She is survived by her husband Richard (Dick) Mead; daughters, Amber Hogancamp (Rob), Jamie Mead (Mathew); Stepdaughters, Katy Jibson and Sara Wade (Brad); Grandchildren Roryck Hogancamp (Kaitlyn), Roman Hogancamp, Ryann Jibson, Remi Jibson, Parker Wade, and Presley Wade; great granddaughter Gemma Claire; and Goddaughter Bryony Parsons (James).

A funeral service will take place at 2:00 on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at EverRest Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel 1783 E Keating Avenue. Visitation will take place on Monday July 24 from 5-7 PM also at the funeral home, and also 1 hour prior to the start of the service on Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to New Life Outreach, marked to support the translation of Rhonda's book "The Exchanged Life" into Spanish.
