Robert D Larabee

Robert “Bob” Dale Larabee, age 73 of Muskegon, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2014 at home. He was born on May 24, 1941 to his parents, Robert and Marjorie (Bahr) Larabee in Muskegon. Robert worked as a plumber and pipefitter and was a 50 year member of Local 174 Plumbers and Pipefitters. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Betty. Robert is survived by his children, Kelly (Michael) Padilla, Laura (Robert) Love, and Robert (Bridget) Larabee Jr.; his 8 grandchildren, Aryka, Anjali, Josh, Alyssa, Kourtney, Haley, KarLee, and Ariana; his 2 great grandchildren, Alynna and Eli; his sisters, Pat (Bill) Barnes, Nancy Albright, and Sue (Don) Fink; and his dear friends, the Bennett’s, the Strang's, and Jim Jarembo. and his favorite mother-in-law June Johnson. A funeral service for Robert will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 12pm, with visitation one hour prior to the service, at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, 1783 E. Keating Ave. in Muskegon. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 6 – 8pm at Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel. Burial and Military Honors will follow the service at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, 2188 Remembrance Dr. in Muskegon.. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Harbor Hospice of Muskegon, 1050 W Western Ave # 400, Muskegon, MI 49441.
