Mr. Thomas J. Buckner, Sr., age 80, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2013. He was born on March 18, 1933 in Alberta, MI to the late Clarence and Dorothy Buckner. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Peggy. He is survived by his children, Tom (Cindy) Buckner, Jr., Kathy (Bill) Sarber and Wayne (Kim) Buckner; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Edna Mae Steinhauer and Judy Rock. Tom was active at Holton United Methodist Church, 9530 Holton Duck Lake Road where a memorial service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013 at 5:00 PM.
