Charlotte Louise Spoor

She will be deeply missed by her two daughters, Kristel (John) and Liz (Derrick); as well as her grandchildren, Zachary, Deon, Hayleigh, Frankee, Zander, Katherine, and Johnny; her sisters, Antoinette & Belinda (Marc); and her brother Nick.

Charlotte was born in Montreal to parents Herman and Catharina Spoor. She moved to Nanaimo as a single parent in 1994 to be closer to family. She was an excellent typist and spent most of her working life as an administrative assistant. Charlotte led a quiet life: she enjoyed listening to music and watching movies, walking at Departure Bay, and spending time with her grandkids.

Per Charlotte’s request there will be no service. The family will gather at a later date to celebrate her life.
