Dorothy was born last name Moxam, her mother Ida Craig Moxam and father Marshall Westly Moxam both lived and predeceased in Lively, Ontario.   Dorothy married Leo Belanger in Espanola, Ont in 1952 they lived in Elliot Lake, Ont for 20  years.  Leo Belanger also predeceased  in 1973.  Dorothy is survived by her 4 children, Christine Andriola and Sandra Moreau living in  Sault Ste.Marie, Ont. and Patricia Dolan living in Nanaimo, BC and  Randall Maurice Belanger living in Enderby, BC
