She was GG to twelve great grandchildren and one more on the way were all treasured ones, from 24 years of age to 7 months, Eden, Fynn, Marin, Cameron, Lauren, Henry, James, Jesse, Madi, Oaklan, Dawson and Wesley.
Auntie Dot to all her nieces and nephews.
Mom spent her first thirteen years growing up in Banff and Kananaskis. They grew up outdoors, climbing mountains, riding horses and skating on the Bow River in the winter. She remembered those carefree days with much happiness. They lived in a little log cabin that her dad built on Brewster’s Ranch.
Mom lived her life with no regrets. She loved her family and enjoyed looking after her grandchildren. She loved to go to the beach and collect “special” rocks and shells with the kids. Swimming, walking the trails and going to the parks are all some of the things we will remember.
Holidays spent camping at Tofino, Salt Spring Island and other spots on the island. A big holiday going to Disneyland and back to the east coast, bringing back a crate of live lobsters. She loved to make Xmas decorations and wreaths. She enjoyed seafood, especially the crabs Joe and Betty caught.
She loved to celebrate her birthday with all her family and friends.
We will treasure our memories Mom and you will be missed!
A special thank you to Dr. Jonathan Reggler for his kindness and compassion.
