 Dear Sandra and family,  I am so sorry for your loss.   Gerald was someone who made a big impact upon people and he will always live on in my memories of him from Burnaby North. Unfortunately the world's loss ... But heavens gain.

My heart goes out to your family at this difficult time.

It is with great sadness that both Harry and I (Alexis) heard the news about Gerald's passing. gerald will be sadly missed and leave a great void in the lives of so many people. It is our fervent hope that his legacy of kindness will continue and that his name will always be honoured by those he helped throughout his life. I know that Gerald made a deep impact on my life and for that I thank him. Gerald's passing will be a great loss to all of the boating community in Nanaimo and to the many friends he made over the years. 

     To Gerald's family we offer our sincere condolences and wish all a future where Gerald's memory remains a bright beacon to those who will carry on his work.

Very sorry to hear of Gerald's passing.  Through Carly's connection with Steph I was able to see how he enjoyed Stephanie's wedding, which was a wonderful thing for him to attend.
