Our family is very saddened to hear of Billy’s passing. Those of us who knew him know that while he is gone from our sight, he will always be in our hearts.  I will always remember him having a wonderful smile, an energy and spirit about him, as he lived life to the fullest. One of my memories was of him driving his jeep in NJ – very cool, with the top off and the music playing which was great.  Free and with the world before him. He was blessed with a loving and caring family. He will always hold a special place in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family in this difficult time. We are thinking of you all and wishing you healing and peace as he is with our Lord – Diana.  With our deepest sympathy – Larry, Eva, Amanda, David & Sarah.
