As a young woman, she moved with her family to Miami, FL where she met her beloved husband Donald.
They eventually moved, with their son Bruce, to Naples, FL, where they enjoyed the Christian fellowship at First Baptist Church of Golden Gate.
As a lifelong Christian, Eleanor enjoyed sharing the gospel and joyful song through her ventriloquial figures.
Thank you to her caring companion and aide, Denise Williams, whom she was blessed to have in life. She is predeceased by her dear husband Donald, her parents, Eleanor & Harry Stinger Sr; and her brother, Harry Stinger Jr.
She is survived by her son Bruce Wix, and her three nieces. Spring, Autumn and Summer.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5, at 1:00 pm at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens.
