Estimada Mami,Que día más lindo. Hoy, el Dia De Las Madres sentí tú presencia el día completo. Pude poner un tributo en el internet con tu bella foto. Como 400 Miembros de el grupo me escribieron dandole gracias a Dios por tu vida. La familia nos reunimos en la iglesia y después para el almuerzo todos diciendo como te extrañamos y cuánto te queremos. Como dijo el Pastor, no se puede poner un valor a las madres. Lamento la muerte de Gloria. La muerte es una terrible perdida, Pero Dios tiene la solucion perfecta. Habra resureccion de  gente en la tierra, en la Biblia esta esta declaracion del apostol Pablo: "Tengo esperanza en cuanto a Dios, esperanza que estos mismos abrigan, de que va a ver resureccion asi de justos como de injustos"  Hechos 24:15. Y podemos estar seguros de que va a ver resureccion: Jehova el Dios de la verdad, "no puede mentir" (Tito 1:2).   Elizabeth B

He estado queriendo escribir pero cada vez empiezan las lágrimas comienzan a fluir. Te extraño  mucho, pero estoy feliz que tuve otra oportunidad para establecer por ti y compartir el Evangelio de nuestro Señor y Salvador, JesusCristo. Aprovecho que lo recibiste en tu corazón cuando te pedi que te parpadeando Los ojos si desea aceptar su regalo de salvación que hiciste bastante pronunciado. Ahora estás en paz.

I will remember grandma for her positive attitude, perseverance, and the way she would surprise me with he predilection for technology. She knew more about the latest gadgets than me. She was very loving and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better grandmother. I will miss her.

I look at your Mami's pictures and it seems impossible that she is no longer here...I was sure she would make it to 100 as she said it to me this last spring...She was so determined!...We were in awe of her ...For her remarkable life....away from her homeland, raising three children in a new country...With all the adversities it presents at first...and in a way so many things I can associate with...She was a survivor!

I strongly believe that she continues to be with you and sees you and guides you...just as I have always felt my Mom's presence with me...and some day we will all be together again....What a family reunion!  

We will always remember her beautiful smile ...her happiness at being able to come for a ride with Papi to your home....and of course always wearing her trademark lipstick.

Since our move to the neighborhood 3+years ago you have been our family. We had heard so many stories of Mami and Papi. And we're often challenged with being behind the times and under achievers  since Mami Skyped and watched in depth programs to expand her knowledge base. 

So when we finally met them face to face, when we visited Naples we were able to put faces to all the wonderful stories you've shared. But instead of feeling like strangers meeting for the first time, It was like coming home. They welcomed us and we shared Sunday Cuban dinner together around the table, great laughs, walked the orchard and listened to fun stories. It was such a beautiful blessing. You and Tom both have that welcoming heart too that unburdens and makes one feel at ease. 

We are honored to have met Mami face to face and know there are many rejoicing at her home coming in heaven, because Papi's love and Mami's servant heart and quick wit drew in many over the years. 

We pray for peace and strength for Papi and all of you. For we know your hearts will long for home until you are united in heaven. What a joyous celebration she is having with friends, family and the Lord. Yet she is tremendously missed here.

Our prayers and hearts are with you.

Was blessed to have met "Mami" in person and on Skype during our various foreign adventures with Mary and Tom.  Remarkable woman. So sorry to hear about your mother's passing. She will be living in your hearts forever. Glad  that I got to meet her.

What a kind and sweet soul that is now in heaven. I loved the trips to her home and picking fruit to take home. She will be missed.

O what a wonderful life!  Reading her story only makes me wish I had been in her presence more.  A true gift to all who knew her.

Thinking of grandma and how much family meant to her. She lived life to the fullest. I'm so glad June got to spend time with her wonderful great great grandma.

I feel so blessed and honored  to have had Grandma in my life. She had such a positive, strong spirit.  I always felt loved and welcomed from the moment I stepped into her home. Oh Mami, What a loss but how can I complain? I have had you with me for 99 years with your mind intact and your love of life present everyday. So sorry you did not make it to 100 so you could get a birthday card from the president of the United States. Hopefully there is Wifi in heaven so you can SKYPE us!
