Loving sister of Amanda Lauren and Michael Jr. Dear granddaughter of Nancy (The Late Michael) Fagan, Jeff Saladonis, and Geraldine and Bob Frazier. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and supportive friends. Even though Jolie’s diagnosis of Trisomy 18 is labeled not compatible with life, she was our precious miracle.
