Lynn Lee Hardesty, 87, passed away on March 20, 2026. Born on August 16, 1938, Lynn was a hard-working man whose life reflected steady determination and an enduring commitment to providing through honest work. Lynn was a resident of Fort Denaud, Florida.
He was born August 16, 1938 in Lorain, Ohio the son of Luther and Ruth Hardesty.
Throughout his years, Lynn worked all kinds of jobs, including farming, trucking, auctioneering—roles that spoke to his willingness to do what needed to be done and to do it well.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a son Brian Hardesty.
He is survived by his wife Judith Hardesty, son Scott Hardesty, daughters, Denise Sutton and Leanne Hardesty, brother Sterling Hardesty, sister Martha Roberts, step-daughter Nicole Simpson, granddaughter Jessica Smith, and great-grandchildren Alex and Jack Smith.
A Graveside Service will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108, US, on March 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
