He was born May 29, 1958 in Naples, FL, the son of William Whidden Sr. and Frances Mae Whidden.
Michael had a fulfilling career as a lineman and plumber before retiring.
Throughout his life, he was a passionate musician and had many friends in the Las Vegas Rock Music Community.
He was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
Michael is survived by two brothers: Clinton F. Whidden and Phillip L. Whidden, and his sister: Sylvia C. Whidden Wingate, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Nicky, James, and Christine.
Graveside services will be held, Friday, November 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens.
