Mirtha was a kind and compassionate soul, the heart of her family, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her unwavering faith and devotion to God were evident in every aspect of her life. Visits with Mirtha were never without a prayer for God’s protection over you before you walked out her door—a reflection of her boundless love and care for others. Her greatest wish was for peace, and may she now find eternal rest in His embrace.
A private ceremony will be held in her honor in the coming days. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mirtha’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a cause she supported for many years.
