Quinn was born June 1, 2005 to Thomas and Megan Kelly in Denver, Colorado, their first child. They lived in Denver until he was 10 years old. He has two younger brothers and two sisters.
He always loved to read, from the time he was a baby, holding his picture books. He would beg for the same stories over and over from his mother and his Grammy. As a little boy he loved building Legos, hockey, baseball and participated in karate. Once he learned to read on his own he became a Harry Potter fan. He also loved the movies made from the books and was a Star Wars aficionado.
He was very hard working from the time he was 16 years old. He was very proud of how tall he had grown and was very interested in fashion and Nike shoes and took pride in looking his best.
In 2020 Quinn achieved the dream of traveling to Kenya with his mom to visit the family’s sponsored Compassion International child who was Quinn’s same age. He was smart and studying engineering as a freshman at FGCU.
He loved his golden retriever Denver, and every night his cat S’mores would sit on his lap while he played video games with his friend. He listened to music all his waking hours, especially rap. He hugged his mom every day, towering over her.
He was a loyal friend. He was loving and he was loved. [From Sean:] His brother Sean says he misses Quinn and wishes he was still here. ❤️ Quinn loved taking his brothers and sisters to pick up fast food and joking with them.
Quinn was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary Watson, Joseph Kelly, and Mary Kelly.
Survived by his parents Megan M. Kelly and Thomas M. Kelly (fiance Carrie Higgins); brothers Sean and Ben Kelly; sisters Grace and Bella Kelly; grandpa Paul Watson; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
