November 18, 1929 – June 21, 2015
Bill was a general contractor in Naples from 1950’s to 1980’s. He retired to care for his son David who became disabled in 1983. A great man with a huge heart. His loves were family first, Turner river camp, stock car racing, swamp buggy racing, and Tennessee mountains.
He was proceeded in death by his father, Harry, mother, Katherine, brothers, Jackie, Melvin, Mervin, Jimmy, Butch, wife, Aileen, son, David, grandchildren Abigail and Charles.
He is survived by his brother, Wellen, sister, Katherine, wife Linda, and children, William, Jr. (Mickey), Hoppy, Debra, Tom (Colleen), Mitzie (John), Diana (John), step children, Destin, Tyler, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bill was always the go to man for anything and no task too big or small.
Visitation will held Saturday, June 27th from 10AM – 12PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples. Funeral service will be at Noon. Burial will follow in Naples Memorial Gardens.
