Billy is survived and missed by his loving parents: mother, Joann Nicola (Charles Nicola) from Naples, Florida; father, William Winans (Donna Grant) from Lehigh Acres, Florida; sisters, Lori Broadway & Beverly Coffin; brothers, David Nicola & Chuckie Nicola; and several wonderful nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be a small private family gathering to honor him.
Billy was a man who worked hard, took pride in his work and had many talents in his line work. He would lend a helping hand when someone was in need. The type of man that would give you the shirt off his back. Many people Billy met throughout his Life thought the world of him.
