Alexandra Alford Healy

Alexandra Alford Healy passed away on September 19, 2023. She was surrounded by her family and friends at the time of her death. Alexandra was 24 years old. She graduated from Our Lady Academy in Bay St. Louis. Alexandra attended Louisiana State University where she was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority. While at Our Lady Academy, she was a cheerleader for St. Stanislaus and Our Lady Academy. Alexandra was on the Our Lady Archery Team. She founded the Art Club while a student at Our Lady Academy. She was a member of St. James Church in Gulfport, MS. Alexandra enjoyed gymnastics, dancing and spending time with her friends. She very much enjoyed her time at Desoto Camp in Mentone, AL.

Alexandra is survived by her mother, Rosi Nguyen Healy; her father, George W. Healy IV; her brother, Thomas Cantwell Healy; and her sister, Katherine Grace Healy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at 724 Camp St., New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at noon. Visitation will be held from 10am until 12pm.

Internment will take place at All Saints Mausoleum in Metairie Cemetery. A reception for family and friends will commence promptly after the burial ceremony at Lake Lawn Event Center.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that any donations in her memory be made to The Bridge House in New Orleans.
