Andrew Victor Petit passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Geraldine Cantrelle Petit. Andrew is survived by his children Geraldine P. Jackson (Elmer), Andrea P. Carter (Johnny) and Andrew Keith Petit (Cindy); grandchildren Reneé Heinz, Ross Eirich, Andrew M. Petit and Kimberly Fisher and six great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Alice Dupla and Andre Victor Petit; sister Joyce Sciortino. Andrew served in the US Army as a master sergeant during WWII and Korean Wars. He was a member and retiree of IBEW local 130, 32nd degree Grand Lodge of LA F & A Masons and Shriners.
