Antoinette Artall Costa, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 95. Born on October 6, 1929, to Michael Joseph Artall and Angelina Roppolo Artall. She was the beloved wife of Victor Frank Costa for 75 years and forever his “Honey”. Antoinette was deeply rooted in her faith, family, and community. A devoted member of St. Dominic Catholic Church, Antoinette served faithfully on the Altar Society, finding joy and purpose in helping prepare the church she loved so dearly. Her deep spirituality was woven into every part of her life. Antoinette had a gift for nurturing — whether it was her beautiful garden, a treasured hobby that led her to join the Lakeview Garden Club, or the warm, welcoming home she created for her family. She was a talented seamstress and found peace in sewing and crocheting, often crafting pieces filled with love. Her kitchen was the heart of many gatherings, where she expressed her love through her delicious home-cooked meals, always made with care and tradition. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures — traveling, sharing stories, laughing with loved ones — and her gentle spirit and generous heart touched everyone who knew her.
Antoinette’s legacy of love, faith, and quiet strength will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
