Arline Michel Skaggs passed away at age of 90 years old on Saturday, February 12, 2022 with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Ryal C. Skaggs, Jr. Daughter of the late John Henry Michel and Hilda Houidobre Michel. Loving mother of Connie Vaughn (Jeff), Brenda Skaggs Mistretta (Frank) Ryal C. Skaggs, III (the late Bonnie), Cheryl Anderson Boehland (Michael), Henry Skaggs (Teresa), Nancy Skaggs Ducote (Kenny) and Lisa Skaggs. Adoring grandmother of Jeffrey Vaughn, Bridget Vaughn Coyle, Anthony Mistretta, Angela Mistretta, James Anderson, Patricia Anderson, John Skaggs, Ryan Skaggs, Mathew Skaggs, Joshua Ducote, Justin Ducote, Zachary Skaggs, Elizabeth Skaggs, Rebecca Boehland and Jennifer Boehland. Also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, LA on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
