Austin James Ryan

Austin James Ryan, age 23 months, departed this life October 3, 2015 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was born in Dubai in the Unites Arab Emirates on October 29, 2013. Austin was the beloved son of Mallory Taylor Ryan and James Thomas Ryan. He is also survived by his loving sisters Cecilia and Keira Ryan and his grandparents Dottie and Trent Strasburg and Emily and Thomas Ryan. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Taylor. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, Jameson Taylor (Natalie), Alice Mount (David), Joseph Ryan, John Ryan, Bridget Ryan and Patrick Ryan, and a host of friends. During his brief life on earth, he enjoyed listening and dancing to music, playing with his trucks, and being with his family. Austin brought joy and happiness to everyone he met. His big blue eyes, sweet golden curls, and happy nature will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 3:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will follow in Metairie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family would be honored to have you support the Ronald MacDonald House.
