Bonnie Normand Prestenberg

Bonnie N. Prestenberg, age 66 years, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at her home in Biloxi, MS. Beloved wife of Walter W. Prestenberg, Jr. for 42 years. Loving mother of Kim Marie Rushing (Marshall “Skittles” Anderson) and Kelly Sue Silva (Sixto Silva). Daughter of the late Clarence J. and Evelyn R. Normand. Sister of Don Normand and the late Donna Normand. Grandmother of Sarah Jean and Shawn William Rushing, and Kaylah Rose Silva. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Prestenberg was a retired Certified Surgical Technician at the Ear, Eye, Nose and Throat Hospital and Baptist Hospital in New Orleans, LA for more than 30 years. She was a lifelong member of Atonement Lutheran Church in Metairie and also the Ladies Auxiliary for the 3rd District Volunteer Fire Dept., Metairie, LA.
