Catherine Judith Bellais Flores, 75 years of age, passed away peacefully at home on May 5, 2016 surrounded by family and friends. “Kitty” was the beloved wife of Frank D. Flores, Jr., the daughter of the late Julius Joseph Bellais and the late Eastlynne Halphen Bellais McGinnis, and the mother of Frank D. Flores III (Teresa) and Cathryn Flores Eymard. She was the sister of Mazeline Bellais DiGiovanni (Lloyd), Margaret Bellais Parker (Ralph) and the late Patricia Bellais Heldt (Robert) and the late Lynne Marie Bellais. She was loving grandmother to Gaston, Emily and Jacob Eymard, and Aubree Flores.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at a later date in Metairie Cemetery.
