Gloria N. Jenkins passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the age of 92 following a brief illness. Gloria was a lifelong resident of the Irish Channel. She is survived by her son Harry T. Jenkins, III (Kathleen); grandchildren Harry T. Jenkins IV (Liane), Cory P. Jenkins (Jennifer), Derek Jenkins (Jennifer), Keith G. Jenkins (K.K.), Sarah Oakes (Blake); great grandchildren Juliet, Landon and Eden Kathleen Jenkins, Jillian and Nathan Jenkins, Konnor and Kate Jenkins, and Avery and Charlotte Oakes. Preceded in death by her husband, Harry T. Jenkins, Jr.; and great grandson Mathieu James Jenkins.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124. Inurnment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will take place prior to the service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
