

He is preceded in death by his parents Harold Lester Klein and Dorothy Miriam Daniels.
Harold is survived by his loving wife of 27 years Annette Caire Farrell-Klein, his daughter Krista Ann Klein and his son Tracy Klein.
Harold attended Redempterist High School graduating in 1972. He then attended the University of South Louisiana studying Architectural Design. Harold went on to become a Pipefitter for the duration of his life until he resigned at the age of 62.
Growing up Harold would perform on stage and his mother made his costumes. Harold played tennis for The City Park Athetic Club as a tennis competitor in his early teens. Harold played football as a senior at Redempterist High School.
I met Harold in 1997. Did I not know, he was already a wonderful social dancer. Eventually, Harold learned ballroom dancing and would dance with various ladies as their partner. He won 24 gold medals in his first competition. We danced together for many years in New Orleans and Houston.
Relatives and personal friends are invited to attend services on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at St. Angela Merici Church, 835 Melody Drive, Metairie,LA 70002. The visitation will begin at 10:00am followed by a funeral Mass at 11am. Interment will be at Metairie Cemetery.
