Jennie Perez DiGiacomo, age 70, formerly of Kenner, Louisiana, was called home to heaven on Friday July 28, 2017. She was a loving, kind and selfless woman who touched the lives of everyone she encountered. She worked at Time Saver, Good Hope Refinery, Hilton Hotel, and NYK Services. She is survived by her husband Miguel DiGiacomo, 3 children, Margaret DiGiacomo, Michael DiGiacomo and Michelle DiGiacomo, 3 grandchildren, Stephanie Bennett, Michael B. DiGiacomo, and Kaitlyn Aromy, and 4 great grandchildren Jadyn Story, Kaylee Story, Madison Story and Karleigh Bennett. Also, 1 sister Delores Balderas, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services will be at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans on Tuesday August 8, 2017. With visitation from 9 am to 12 noon and Catholic Mass to follow. Interment will take place at Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
