After a serene night of sleep John C. Christina did not wake to this world on Tuesday, January 10, 2023. John is survived by his father, Joseph E. Christina, his sister Jeannette C. Stiegler (Charles R.), his brother, James E. Christina (Karen P.), his nephews, great-nephew, great-nieces along with his friends and many buddies at Martin Manor. He was predeceased by his mother, Joannah St. Romain Christina and his twin brother, Jack D. Christina. John was a lifelong enthusiastic Saints fan. Sadly missed by all, he is now in a better place and a peaceful state of mind.
Visitation will be at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd at 12:00 to 1:00pm on Tuesday January 17th with Funeral Mass and interment afterward.
