Jack was son of the late Mary Anne Harrington Day and Richard Raymond Day, Sr. He is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Raymond Day, Jr (Dick), and sisters, Helen Louise Day (Billie) and Margaret Virginia Day (Virginia).
He is survived by his sister, Mary Jane Day Short (Chi Chi) and a host of nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews.
The family wishes to thank the staff at the Chateau de Notre Dame for their care for the past 8 years.
A private ceremony will be held at a later date.
