Joyce McDonagh, 84, died peacefully at St. Anna's on July 6, 2014. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, she immigrated to the US in the 1950's with her husband and daughters and lived in New Orleans for the past three years. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Patrick McDonagh, her daughters Jean Walter (David), Jillian Bittner (Dean) and Mary Burke (John), her grandchildren, Shannon Outley, Ryan Bittner, Erich Bittner, Devin Bittner, Trisha Zvonek, Elizabeth Burke and Katherine Flohr, and her great-grandchildren, Jack Zvonek, Caroline Zvonek, Grace Bittner, Karalynn Bittner, Michael Bittner, Sarah Outley, Graham Outley and Amelia Burke. She was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Eggleston and is survived by her sisters, Angela Murdock and Colette McGuire. Funeral arrangements will be private.
