June Peterson Bruno departed this Life on Aug 28, 2015. She was born July 5, 1928 in New Orleans, LA. Beloved wife of the late James Bruno. She is survived by her dear children: James Bruno, Jr. (Barbara); and Ann Bruno Leibfritz (Mike). She was blessed with six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also preceded in death by her parents, Charles Peterson and Hilda Frey Peterson. June was loved by many for her kindness to lend an ear, sharp wit, and great sense of humor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral in the Chapel at Lake Lawn Funeral Home, Thursday, Sept. 3rd. Visitation 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.with Mass following at Noon.
