He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmers “Buddy” Tomlinson and Ruby Pennington Tomlinson, daughter in-law, Sandy Tomlinson
He survived by his wife, Ruth S. Tomlinson; children, Ken Tomlinson, Jr., Paul Douglas Tomlinson, Michael Tomlinson, Sharon Glancy (Ronnie), Rickie Sue Korndorffer, Scott Korndorffer (Danielle), Kelly Korndorffer, Adam Korndorffer (Heather), grandchildren, Ken D. Tomlinson, Kris Tomlinson (Becky), David Tomlinson, Sean Tomlinson, Tyler Alford, Tristan Alford, Elle and Olivia Korndorffer; great-grandchild, Anna Ruth Tomlinson.
Kenny was an avid square dancer and loved doing karaoke known by his stage name of Kenny and the Wildman. He had a passion for constructing buildings.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd in New Orleans. A Memorial Visitation will be held beginning at 12:00 p.m.
