Louise “Lulie” R.Watts, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, La., passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on July 6, 2017. She was 88 yrs. young. A retired worker of Touro Infirmary Hospital. She was the loving mother of six; Roy Watts, Glenn Watts, Gilda Bordere, Judith Watts, Arnold Watts,and Rachel Clark. 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. A host of in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. Mother your are loved and missed greatly.
