Michael Anthony Armato born August 30, 1968 in New Orleans, LA passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the age of 52. He served in the Army National Guard for 12 years. He loved to train horses at Churchhill Downs and the Fairgrounds. Michael loved to travel, he also loved the Race Track. He never forgot a birthday, always said I love you, and was willing to share what little he had with everyone. Michael you will be missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Mary Armato; brother, Steve Armato. He is survived by his two sisters, Vieta Collins (Mark) and Mary Rose Collins (John); one brother, Salvador Sam Armato Jr. (Mili). He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2621 Colonial Blvd Violet, LA 70092 on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 2:00PM.
