Michael Paul Dugas Sr.

Devoted husband, father and grandfather. Michael Paul Dugas,Sr. died Saturday, February 20, 2016. Michael was born July 21,1944 in New Orleans, La. to Evelyn Enright Dugas and Paul Sidney Dugas, Sr. Michael is Survived by his brother, Paul Sidney Dugas, Jr.

In 1962, Michael graduated from Francis T Nicholls High School. He then attended Loyola University where he studied computer technology. He later enlisted in Air Force- Air National Guard until he was honorably discharged.

Michael worked as a computer programmer at William B Reilly for over 35 years. He was devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. He absolutely loved doing for everyone, leaving us all with wonderful, happy memories.

Michael is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Carolyn Kern Dugas; his three children, Michael Paul Dugas, Sr. (Melissa), Jason Kern Dugas (Cynthia) and Nicolle Dugas Sigur (Scott); his loving granddaughters, Madeleine Alexis Weaver and Victoria Louise Weaver; his step-grandchildren, Joshua Rodriguez, Megan Rodriguez, David Thomas, Rhiannon Thomas, Scott Sigur, Breille Sigur, Brenton Sigur and Bellah Sigur.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 27, 2016 from 10am to 12pm followed by mass in the Chapel at Lake Lawn Funeral Home 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard, New Orleans, La 70124
