Michelle Bruno

Michelle is survived by her devoted husband, Joseph Bruno, her mother and stepfather, Connie and Bruce Louper. Michelle leaves behind two children, Kristina Sleik (Daniel) and Jayson Miller. She also leaves behind 3 step-children.

A source of immense joy in Michelle's life was her six grandchildren, whose laughter and playfulness brought boundless happiness to her days. She took great pride in watching them grow and celebrating the milestones of their lives.

Michelle's sisters, Denise, Judi, and Trudy, share in the grief of losing a beloved sister.

Her nieces and nephews, numerous in number, also join the extended family in mourning the loss of an aunt whose love knew no bounds.

Her beloved pet dog, Angel, was a constant companion and source of comfort, providing unconditional love and companionship throughout the years.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Dickson and her cherished Yorkie, Beau.

A woman of faith, Michelle was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Covington, where her contagious smile will be missed.

A funeral service to honor Michelle's life will be held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 12 p.m., where friends and family will gather to share stories, offer support, and celebrate her life. May she rest in eternal peace.
