Pablo was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Fe Monzon Gonzalez; and his parents, Juan Gonzalez and Rogelia Lima Gonzalez.
He is survived by his two children, Lina C. Gonzalez and Pablo C. Gonzalez; a sister, Constance Barandiaran; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pablo was born in Lajas, Cuba on June 30, 1923. He moved to the United States of America in 1971, and worked as a grounds supervisor at University of New Orleans.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 2:00PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 12:00PM. The interment will follow the Mass at Lake Lawn Park.
