He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Charles Usner and his brother, Richard Usner.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Dubea Usner; mother, Anna Mae Melancon; sister, Joanne Usner Levy (Richard); Brian James Derenbecker (Meghan), Sarah Lynne Derenbecker; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Randy is retired from his Radiology position at Charity Hospital after many years. He is also a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children) volunteer.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Thursday, November 17, 2016 beginning at 6:00 p.m.
