Rose Ascani Suarez

Rose Ascani Suarez a cosmetologist, at Merle Norman, wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother died peacefully and earned her wings on Sunday, August 13th at 8:45am, at the age of 99. Rose was born on December 16th, 1917 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Nicholas Ascani and Anna Capriotti Ascani. She is the eldest daughter of their six children, Peter Ascani, Saverio Ascani, Leo Ascani, Theresa Ascani Altobello and Anthony Nick Ascani. She is the wife of DR. A.R. Suarez(army veteran) whom were blessed with three children Armand Suarez(Deceased),and wife Cindy Suarez, Ronald Suarez(deceased)and Nina Suarez Welch wife of Michael Welch. She had seven grandchildren Arumando and wife Kyoko Suwara, Jason and wife Julie Hulin Suarez, Natalie and husband Chad Guedry, Amy and husband Shawn Gary, Tony and Holly Archer Suarez, Michelle and husband Ryan Curry and Michael and wife Erin Brunson Welch. Eighteen great grandchildren Kiyoko, Mariko,Yumiko, Luke, Jaci, Paige, Preston, Cody, Kipp, Kyra, Evey, Ben, Nicole,Cole, Caleb, Ryan, Parks, and Celine. She’s also survived by many nieces, nephews,cousins and friends. We want to recognize her nieces Florence Odom and Joann Freeling who were by her side along with her daughter, son in law, daughter in law and grandchildren and her beloved nurse Nicole Freeling Wammes.
