John Thomas Murray

John is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 37 years, Annette Murray. He leaves behind his loving sons Dan (Vicky) Nelson, John Mark (Janine) Murray, David (Barbara) Nelson; his daughter Kelli Murray-Lubitz. His adoring grandchildren Anthony, Marisa, Samantha, Aaron, Jessica, Allie, Max, Jostin, Harley, Indie and Jack. His great-grandchildren Gracie and Violet and his brother Doug Murray. John is predeceased by his parents Doug and Edith along with his brothers Gene and Norman and his sister Maryann. He is also survived by many adoring brother-in-laws, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends.

John was born in Rochester, NY, on December 13, 1944. He resided in New Port Richey for 45 years. He found great pleasure in sharing his faith about Jesus. He loved to travel and meet new people. His family was his world.

John was known for his friendly demeanor, his sense of humor, great wit, caring story telling, his beautiful smile and his gorgeous blue eyes.

His celebration of life will be held at 10 am, at Meadowlawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens in New Port Richey on Thursday, March 9, 2023.
