My deepest prayers of sympathy for all Joseph's family. I had the privledge of being the RN for home healthcare who provided Mr Soukup with care from March to October. He touched my heart in a way I will never forget. Listening to him play the organ was a wonderful gift he provided for me. His forever smile will always shine. Dad, You were always there for us.  You offered advice, support, childcare for our two kids and even joined in painting our new home on the river. You showed us how to live and we will never forget!  Enjoy Heaven and all of your rewards.

Joseph J. Soukup - 3/22/20 - 1/12/13

Joseph J. Soukup of New Port Richey, Florida passed away January 12, 2013. He was a loving husband, father,grandfather and great grandfather.  He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Lillian Soukup of 67 years and his son, Thomas Soukup. He is survived by his children, Richard, Gail and Joyce, five grand-children and thirteen great grand-children. Joseph Soukup served in the Army Air Corps and later retired from General Foods as a Foreman. 
When asking the family how they would charactarize him, the biggest thing that was brought up was his integrity. He was a man of honor and was a true patriarch to our family. He has been a role model for all of us! We love you!
