65 of Port Richey, FL and formerly of Mercer, PA passed away on Fri, 3/23/12. Richard was born September 22, 1946 in Sharon, PA and moved to this area in December of 2010 coming from Mercer, PA. He retired from General Motors, the Lordstown Assembly Plant. Richard is a US Navy Veteran, a member of the VFW in Mercer, PA and the American Legion in New Port Richey, FL. He is a beloved husband and father and loved his 5 grand dogs. Richard is survived by his loving wife Deborah Uber of Port Richey, FL, a son Timothy A Uber of Seminole, FL, a daughter Tyra A Uber of Nags Head, NC and a brother Donald A (Vickie) Styers of Mercer, PA. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be offered to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, 333 ½ Pennsylvania Ave SE, Washington, DC 20003-1148.
