William "Bill" Cotier, 80, of Clearwater, Florida, formerly of Pasco County, Florida, went to be with his maker on September 22, 2013. Bill was born in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Harry and Ethel Cotier. He worked as a Clerk for the United States Postal Service in Pitman, New Jersey. In 1983, he transfered to Port Richey, Florida, where he continued to work at the Post Office until his retirement. Bill was a member of the Moose of West Pasco and the Benevolent Pride of Elks in Aripeka, Florida, but most of all, he enjoyed traveling all around the world with his loving wife of 57 years, Elizabeth who survives him. Bill is also survived by his children, Cate, Will, and Bob (Jan); grandchildren, Samantha and Amanda; and loving sister-in-law, Terri (Frank).
