Zelda Arue Thompson

She was the beloved daughter of Lester Beaver and Ocie Workman and grew up alongside her three brothers and one sister. Zelda was a devoted mother to her children: Robert Thompson Jr., Thom and Denise Priestino, Eddie Priestino, Theresa and Doug Nicholson, Robby Thompson, Jolenna Isenhour and Steven Isenhour. Her legacy lives on through her cherished family, including 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Thompson Sr. who passed away in 2021.

In her spare time, Zelda enjoyed exploring her family’s history through genealogy and traveling across the United States. She was also a proud member of the Pythian Sisters of Texas.

Zelda’s life was defined by her deep love for her family and the joy she found in their presence. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.

A memorial service for Zelda will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652, followed by a reception from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
